Review:
I saw this movie the other day and I really really enjoyed it. That is exactly what I expected (maybe a little better). If you want to watch a movie really well thought out with great character development and an interesting subplots this is not the movie for you. If you want to see a bunch of U.S. Marines beat the tar out of spacefreaks invasion, then this is the movie for you. From the moment we first encounter with aliens, sometimes in the middle of the film is non-stop thrill ride. Explosive stuff, aliens spilled, burned by the laser beam. In case you did not already suspect this film is very violent. In the absence of blood, is certainly a lot of death. This action is unpredictable and funny. One minute everyone will go somewhere between point A and point B, the next, they're crouching behind a car and house burned out as aliens pouring into our Hellfire ungodliness from above. The special effects are also quite good except for a few bad pictures here and there. That being said, the film is when it slows down. The dialogue is poorly written and delivered decent, but not good. Aaron Eckhart, however, did a great job as a magnificent sea ice staff sergeant, who kept a cool head when the only place , ch. Most of the plot is fairly standard war movie / alien invasion stuff. You know, after a series of fights everyone is encouraged and give the driver a dynamic speech, and wonderful music filled and inspired everyone feel heroic. So do not expect a masterpiece of modern cinema, colon hope aliens and lots of shooting and I guarantee you will not be lost expectations.
